This is the kettle with the 100% plastic-free water path. Every part your water touches (chamber, lid, spout, gauge) is 304 stainless steel. The spout is welded, not glued. There is no silicone in the water path. When we say nothing but steel touches your water, we mean it down to the last joint.
It's also the easiest kettle you'll ever use: 7 one-touch presets (Green, White, Oolong, Herbal, Black, French Press, and Baby Formula), plus a dial that adjusts in one-degree steps for everything else. Luna holds the temperature you set for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and its Altitude Calibration keeps your presets true from sea level to 9,900 feet.
